Upgrading safety in classic muscle cars, sports cars, and street rods equipped with bucket seats requires a buckle arm that stays upright between the seat cushion and the center console/tunnel.
Julianos equips this bucket seat version with a 13-inch rigid sleeve arm, holding the satin metal Starburst buckle in an easy-to-reach position. An internal Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) allows freedom of movement during standard driving while locking instantly upon hard braking or impact.

Bucket Seat Tunnel Clearance: Position the 13" rigid arm between the inner seat bolster and transmission tunnel, ensuring full seat slider clearance throughout its travel.
Upper B-Pillar Mount: The shoulder D-ring loop must be securely anchored to a structural B-pillar or reinforced upper roof rail using the provided Grade-8 hardware.
Floor Reinforcement: Always place the included steel backing plates underneath sheet-metal floorboards during retractor and anchor bolt installation to prevent pull-through during impact loads.

Damages and Issues
