The Julianos 3-Point Retracting Seat Belt for Bucket Seats provides a modern, OEM-style lap and shoulder harness upgrade for street rods, classic cars, trucks, and restomods.Featuring an automatic emergency locking retractor (ELR) and a rigid buckle arm sized specifically for bucket seats, this kit delivers current crash-safety performance while preserving clean hot rod interior styling.
Product Overview & Safety Standards
Factory lap-only belts offer minimal restraint during frontal impacts. The Julianos 3-point retractable harness adds critical torso-restraining shoulder protection with a retractor that allows comfortable movement during normal driving, but locks instantly under rapid deceleration or sudden angle shifts.
The entire assembly is fully compliant with FMVSS 209 (seat belt assembly standards) and FMVSS 302 (flammability of interior materials).The kit includes heavy-duty Grade 5/8 mounting hardware and detailed installation instructions to guide proper floor anchor and B-pillar / shoulder loop placement.

Installation & Fitting Recommendations
Upper Shoulder Point Anchorage: Ensure the upper shoulder loop is anchored securely to a structural B-pillar, roof rail, or reinforced roll bar upright. Never anchor the upper shoulder loop solely to thin body sheet metal without heavy reinforcement plates.
Matching Rear Seats: Matching 2-point lap belts in identical webbing colors are available separately for rear bench or bucket seat passengers.

With original tags attached

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
