Description
This 2-1/2" Inside Diameter (I.D.) Flexible A/C and Heat Duct Hose is a high-quality bulk solution for plumbing primary cabin climate control layouts, main center dashboard vents, and heavy-volume defrost registers. Sold continuously by the linear foot, it allows you to cut the exact, seamless lengths needed for your classic car restoration, street rod, or custom truck build—eliminating extra mid-line splices and keeping air delivery highly efficient.
Compared to the smaller 2" hoses typically reserved for tight side-ball or floor vents, this 2-1/2" hose is the industry standard for high-volume main distribution networks.
Engineered for Cramped Under-Dash Cabin Environments
High-Flex Wire Reinforcement: Constructed with a highly flexible, spring-wire reinforced ribbed core. This allows for tight-radius bending around steering columns, wiper linkages, and structural cowl braces without collapsing, pinching, or sacrificing internal airflow volume.
Excellent Thermal Performance: Formulated to safely handle both superheated air from high-output heater cores and freezing, conditioned air from modern aftermarket evaporator units without drying out, cracking, or taking a permanent kinked shape.
Acoustic & Velocity Damper: The internal structural shape works to naturally deaden rushing air noise, giving your custom cabin a quiet, modern climate control feel even when the blower motor is running on high.
