The Billet Specialties Street Trac Serpentine System is a premium, entry-level Front Engine Accessory Drive (FEAD) designed to deliver show-quality styling, reliability, and precision alignment at an affordable price point. Drawing on over 22 years of experience with their flagship Tru Trac systems, Billet Specialties engineered the Street Trac kit to provide a complete, bolt-on solution that eliminates the typical headaches of mismatched pulleys, spacer alignment, and belt slippage.

Instead of forcing builders to source hard-to-find components, this kit comes fully loaded with top-tier, brand-name infrastructure:
Powermaster 170-Amp Alternator: A high-output, one-wire alternator capable of easily feeding demanding aftermarket cooling fans, dual-zone A/C blowers, and high-wattage sound systems.
Genuine Sanden SD-7 A/C Compressor: A compact, low-vibration compressor shipped complete with a dedicated billet aluminum manifold block.
PRW Reverse-Rotation Water Pump: High-flow design optimized specifically for serpentine belt wrapping geometry.
Billet Specialties Spec Power Steering Pump: Premium pump setup that arrives with a pre-installed pulley for an effortless setup, paired with an included remote reservoir.
Rigid Engineering & Structural Features
No Spacers or Cut Tubing: Includes precision-machined solid standoffs rather than loose hardware spacers. This guarantees structural integrity under high RPMs, preventing bracket flex, metal fatigue, and belt misalignment.
Hard-Coat Anodized Contact Pulleys: Idler and tensioner pulleys that interface with the backside of the serpentine belt are treated with a heavy-duty hard-coat anodized layer to prevent surface wear and belt slippage.
Reliable OE-Style Belt Tensioning: Uses an unmodified, genuine factory GM-style Continental automatic tensioner dressed up with a custom billet cover. This ensures consistent, self-adjusting belt pressure and makes replacement belts simple to find at any standard auto parts store.
Mechanical Fan Compatibility: The water pump and pulley layout is physically engineered to accept traditional mechanical engine cooling fans if you prefer not to run electric fans.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
