6061-T6 Billet Aluminum: CNC-machined from high-grade aircraft billet aluminum. This structural choice ensures a perfectly round, balanced rotation that eliminates the high-RPM wobble and belt-slip common in cheap stamped-steel alternatives.
Mirrored Polished Finish: Hand-polished to a brilliant, show-ready shine that coordinates perfectly with chrome, polished, or billet bracket kits.
4-7/8" Diameter Profile: Specifically sized at a compact 4-7/8" diameter to maintain proper pump RPM ratios across standard automotive RPM bands, ensuring consistent fluid flow without over-spinning or cavitating the pump at high engine speeds.
Critical Installation Note
This pulley features an interference-fit, press-on design meant to lock tightly onto the pump's input shaft.
⚠️ Important: To protect both the pulley and your power steering pump, this unit must be professionally installed using a dedicated power steering pulley installation tool. Never use a hammer, mallet, or standard hydraulic shop press to force the pulley onto the shaft. Doing so will instantly ruin the polished face, distort the aluminum bore, and destroy the internal thrust bearings and seals inside your Type II pump.

Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging

Damages and Issues
