The Unisteer Billet Aluminum Polished Serpentine Power Steering Pulley is a show-quality, premium accessory engineered specifically for GM Type II (TC Style) power steering pumps featuring a press-on shaft. Sized at a compact 4-7/8" diameter, this multi-ribbed pulley is designed to integrate seamlessly into modern multi-rib serpentine accessory drive systems, offering an immediate aesthetic and mechanical upgrade over plain stamped-steel or plastic factory components.

6061-T6 Billet Aluminum: CNC-machined from high-grade aircraft billet aluminum. This structural integrity guarantees a perfectly true, balanced rotation, eliminating the high-RPM wobble and uneven wear patterns common in stamped-steel alternatives.
Serpentine Rib Profile: Features a precision-machined, multi-groove face designed to maximize belt-to-pulley surface contact. This profile distributes tension evenly across the serpentine belt, virtually eliminating belt slippage, stretch, and squeal under sudden steering loads.

Critical Installation Note
This pulley features a strict interference-fit, press-on design engineered to lock tightly onto the pump's input shaft to handle high rotational loads.
⚠️ Important: To protect both the aluminum structure and your power steering pump's internals, this unit must be professionally installed using a dedicated power steering pulley installation tool. Never use a hammer, mallet, or standard hydraulic shop press to force the pulley onto the shaft. Doing so will instantly mar the polished face, distort the aluminum bore, and shatter the internal thrust bearings or seals inside your Type II pump.

Damages and Issues
