The Unisteer Billet Aluminum Polished Double-Groove V-Belt Power Steering Pulley is a show-quality, premium accessory engineered specifically for GM Type II (TC Style) power steering pumps with a press-on shaft. Sized at a compact 4-7/8" diameter, this dual-track pulley provides a vital mechanical solution for builders running vintage-style V-belt accessory drives who need to run multiple belts or integrate an auxiliary system (such as a dual-belt crank setup or an add-on air conditioning compressor) without sacrificing pump performance.

6061-T6 Billet Aluminum: CNC-machined from high-grade aircraft billet aluminum. This structural integrity guarantees a perfectly true, balanced rotation, eliminating the high-RPM wobble and belt-slip common in stamped-steel or plastic factory alternatives.
Double-Groove V-Belt Design: Machined with two precision-engineered V-belt tracks to accommodate standard automotive V-belts. Running a double-groove setup splits mechanical load and adds redundancy, virtually eliminating belt squeal and slip during high-load maneuvers.

Critical Installation Note
This pulley features a strict interference-fit, press-on design engineered to lock tightly onto the pump's input shaft to handle high torsional loads.
⚠️ Important: To protect both the aluminum structure and your power steering pump's internals, this unit must be professionally installed using a dedicated power steering pulley installation tool. Never use a hammer, mallet, or standard hydraulic shop press to force the pulley onto the shaft. Doing so will instantly mar the polished face, distort the aluminum bore, and shatter the internal thrust bearings or seals inside your Type II pump.
