The 1947–1954 Chevy / GMC Half-Ton Dual-Flex Front Leaf Springs (Pair) by Posies (Part #D441) lowers the front end of 1947 through 1955 (1st Series) Chevy 3100 Advance Design and GMC 100-series trucks by 2-1/2" to 3". Incorporating full-tapered leaf spring technology, these springs replace stiff multi-leaf factory spring packs or harsh single mono-leaf designs.
By combining a tapered 2-leaf structure with Posies' signature SuperSlide moly-nylon inter-leaf buttons, this front suspension upgrade eliminates metal-to-metal spring friction to deliver a significantly softer, quieter, and smoother ride.

Installation Notes & Recommendations
Bump Stop Clearance: Original rubber front frame bump stops must be trimmed down or removed completely to maintain adequate suspension travel at the lowered stance.
Shackle Kit Preparation: When purchased alongside Posies #453R front shackle kits, the threaded eye bushings are removed at the factory to match the aftermarket shackle hardware.

Damages and Issues

Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.

If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
