The Pete and Jakes 1928–32 Ford Bolt-On Front Shock Brackets (Part # 1082) are high-strength upper mounting components engineered for classic hot rod builders who want to update their front suspension dampening without modifying their original frame rails. This premium pair of upper brackets is pulled directly from the legendary Pete and Jakes Model A and 1932 front shock kits, offering a pure bolt-on solution that eliminates the need for structural welding.

They are engineered specifically to work alongside aftermarket dropped axles and will not work if your vehicle is configured with a factory, stock straight axle setup.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
