The Weld-On Big Block Chevy (BBC) Motor Mounts for the 1932 Ford are heavy-duty chassis components engineered to support the increased weight and torque of a big block engine. These mounts are designed specifically for boxed frame rails, providing a permanent, high-strength solution for your engine swap.
Heavy-Duty Structural Design
Boxed Frame Compatibility: Specifically designed to be welded to the inner face of boxed 1932 Ford frame rails. The weld-on design ensures a rigid connection that can handle the significant torsional stress produced by a Big Block Chevy. If you need boxing plate use PNJ 3025
BBC Specific Geometry: These mounts are indexed to provide the correct engine height and setback for a Big Block, ensuring that the heavy engine sits correctly within the frame while maintaining proper steering and firewall clearance.
Vibration Dampening: Engineered to utilize standard factory-style rubber motor mounts. This allows for a robust engine connection while isolating the frame and cabin from the intense vibrations of a large-displacement engine.
Material and Installation
High-Strength Steel: Laser-cut from heavy-gauge plate steel to prevent flexing or fatigue under high-horsepower applications.
Bare Steel Finish: Supplied in bare steel, ready for immediate welding once your engine's position is finalized.
Strategic Placement: By welding these mounts into place, you can custom-set your engine's position to accommodate specific transmission choices and radiator configurations.
Installation Note
Because of the size of the Big Block Chevy, it is vital to perform a complete "mock-up" with the engine, transmission, and body in place before final welding. This ensures the distributor clears the firewall and the exhaust headers have enough room to exit between the engine and the frame rails.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
