The perfect cure for the boring pumpkin. The sturdy and popular Ford 9" rear end needs a little work to look stylish... at least thats what we thought. This new cover is cast in A356 aircraft grade alloy and available in highly polished or unpolished finishes. No hardware is needed to attach - we provide a generous supply of high temperature adhesive (600 degree). This allows you to powder coat after assembly if desired.
Metal to metal adhesive is employed by all vehicle manufacturers today - commonly on body panels. We supply 10 ounces of a J-B Weld product that is rated at 3,960 PSI... If the 2 surfaces being joined are clean, they are joined forever!
This is a show grade product - we are very picky about our casting and polishing quality. But then, if you've bought from OTB Gear before you already know that... Made in USA.

Regarding Currie products - If you have a model CE2000N made prior to September 2009, our cover should fit correctly. After that date they slightly changed the stamping dimensions of that unit. Their other models have deviated too greatly from Fords original design to allow use.
