The Waytek Maxi 4-Pin Relay Connector Pigtail 75297 is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade electrical harness component engineered explicitly to handle high-current, high-load automotive and industrial applications. Built to survive the harsh environment of an engine bay, this pre-wired SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) harness mount socket is the standard industry choice for powering high-amperage equipment like electric cooling fans, dual fuel pumps, and high-output audio amplifiers.
Extreme-Environment Engineering
Heat-Stabilized Thermoplastic: The main connector body is molded from high-temp, impact-resistant thermoplastic rated to withstand a maximum continuous operating temperature of 275°F (140°C) without warping, softening, or cracking under hot hood conditions.
Corrosion-Resistant Contacts: Internally equipped with heavy-gauge, tin-plated brass terminals that ensure a low-resistance connection and fight off moisture corrosion over time.
Premium GXL Automotive Wire Configuration
The pigtail ships pre-assembled with a 12-inch color-coded GXL wire harness. GXL wiring features a cross-linked polyethylene insulation that resists heat, aging, and abrasive rubbing against chassis metal much more effectively than standard PVC wire.
The circuit layout is split logically by gauge thickness to manage load vs. trigger circuits:
High-Current Power Circuit (10-Gauge Wire): Designed to carry the main high-amperage power supply down to your accessories.
Terminal 30 (Blue): 10-Gauge GXL fused 12V+ power input from battery source.
Terminal 87 (Yellow): 10-Gauge GXL high-amperage power output feeding the accessory.
Low-Current Relay Coil Control Circuit (18-Gauge Wire): Designed to tie cleanly into your low-draw dashboard switches or PCM triggers.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
