The Carolina Customs Manual Safety Pin Door Lock Kit is an essential safety system engineered specifically for street rods, classic trucks, and custom vehicles modified with rear-hinged "suicide" doors. If a primary door latch fails or is accidentally triggered while the vehicle is in motion, aerodynamic wind resistance will instantly force a suicide door to fly open violently.
This manual pin kit provides a rugged, mechanical secondary deadbolt that physically locks the door to the B-pillar or cab frame, ensuring absolute safety and peace of mind on the highway.

🛠️ Fabricator's Installation Note: When Mocking up the alignment, always ensure the stainless steel pin slides smoothly into the center of the door jamb dress bushing without binding when the door is fully latched. Check that your interior door upholstery panel or armrest clears the manual sliding knob path before driving the mounting screws home.

Damages and Issues

Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
