The FiTech Go EFI 2x4 625HP Fuel Injection System with Inline Fuel Pump Master Kit (Part No. 30062 / 30062-KIT) combines FiTech’s dual-throttle-body self-tuning TBI technology with a complete external high-pressure fuel delivery package. Engineered specifically to mount directly onto classic dual-4-barrel intake manifolds (such as Edelbrock dual-quad, cross-ram, and tunnel-ram intakes) without top-heavy adapter plates, it delivers smooth self-learning fuel calibration, instant cold starts, and a classic dual-quad muscle car stance for naturally aspirated engines up to 625 horsepower.

System Architecture & Performance Highlights

• Master/Slave Dual Throttle Body Layout: Configured with a primary "master" throttle body housing the self-learning ECU, wideband sensor interface, and four injectors, connected to a secondary "slave" throttle body holding four additional injectors and the Idle Air Control (IAC) motor for rock-solid idle management.

• Direct Dual-Quad Intake Fitment: Designed with native 2x4 throttle bore spacing that bolts directly onto popular dual-quad manifolds without requiring height-adding spacers or adapters.

Installation & System Sizing Notes

• Required Auxiliary Hardware: This kit does not include throttle linkage or interconnecting fuel lines. You must source a dual-quad progressive or synchronized throttle linkage rod assembly and a dual-feed fuel rail line setup to supply both throttle bodies.

• Horsepower Sizing Threshold: While the 8-injector throttle body setup supports up to 625 HP, the included 255 L/PH inline pump is rated up to 600 HP. If your engine exceeds 600 HP, upgrade to a higher-volume fuel delivery system (such as a 340 LPH in-tank module or dual external pumps).

• Fuel Pump Mounting: Mount the external inline pump below or level with the bottom of the fuel tank to maintain gravity feed to the pump inlet. Place the 100-micron pre-filter prior to the pump and the 30-micron post-filter between the pump outlet and the throttle body.

• Oxygen Sensor Placement: Weld the wideband O2 bung into the exhaust pipe at least 18 inches downstream of the header collector, angled at least 10 degrees above horizontal to prevent moisture collection on the sensor tip.
