The CVF Racing Gen III & Gen IV Chevy LS Billet Aluminum Valve Covers are premium, American-made engine covers CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum. Built for street rods, track cars, pro-touring builds, and LS swaps, these covers provide a clean, high-end appearance while offering race-grade crankcase ventilation and leak-free reliability.
Product Overview & Performance
Unlike traditional aftermarket sheet-metal or cast valve covers that rely on internal sheet-metal baffle plates attached with small screws—which can loosen under severe engine vibration—CVF Racing machines the oil baffles directly into the solid aluminum casting itself. This dual-baffle design completely eliminates internal fasteners that could potentially back out into the valvetrain.
The sealing system features custom molded perimeter gaskets and self-sealing stainless steel socket head cap screws equipped with captive Viton® O-rings. This integrated arrangement eliminates bulky rubber grommets and washers while maintaining a tight, leak-resistant seal against high crankcase pressures.

Fitment & Application Notes
LS Coil Relocation: Because these covers do not feature integrated top-side mounting bosses for factory LS ignition coils, Gen IV (and Gen III) engines require an aftermarket LS coil relocation bracket kit (such as CVF Racing's LS Coil Relocation Bracket) to mount the coils off the covers.
LS Swap Styling: Designed to match and complement CVF Racing billet serpentine belt systems for a unified, show-quality engine bay.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
