Precision-machined from high-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum, each tank features a sleek 2" outer diameter profile and comes finished in Billet Specialties' industry-leading mirror polish.
Equipped with two fully adjustable billet aluminum mounting brackets, this catch tank allows you to clock and position the mounting points precisely where needed along your core support or inner fender panel.

Leak-Free Knurled Cap: Features a machined knurled cap with an internal O-ring seal for an airtight, leak-free closure that can be easily turned by hand.
Integrated Internal Return Tube: Built with an internal pick-up tube system that allows expanded coolant to draw back into the radiator as the engine cools down.

🛠️ Installation Tech Tip: When mounting your coolant overflow tank, ensure the top overflow inlet hose from your radiator neck connects cleanly to the internal return port, and route the lower vent line down toward the ground to handle any extreme fluid over-pressurization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
