Precision CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this water neck replaces restrictive cast factory housings with a durable, high-flow design.
To eliminate messy RTV silicone sealants and fragile paper gaskets, this housing utilizes a heavy-duty Buna-N® O-ring base seal that forms a positive, reusable seal directly against your intake manifold surface.

🛠️ Installation Tech Tip: When setting up your water neck, lightly coat the Buna-N® O-ring with clean coolant or silicone lubricant. This helps the housing seat evenly and prevents the O-ring from pinching or binding while tightening the stainless bolts to intake manifold torque specs.

Damages and Issues
