Machined CA360 Brass Construction
Solid Brass Substrate: Machined entirely from premium-grade CA360 brass, providing excellent structural strength and natural corrosion resistance against moisture, road salt, and harsh automotive fluids.
Fuel & Chemical Compatibility: Fully compatible with a broad range of media, including standard pump gasoline, race fuels, E85, diesel, automatic transmission fluid (ATF), motor oil, LP gas, and natural gas lines.
Excellent Vibration Resistance: The natural properties of high-quality brass help absorb harmonic chassis vibrations without fatiguing, making it an excellent upgrade for engine-mounted components like fuel pumps, filters, and mechanical pressure switches.
High-Volume Dual-Seal Interface
3/8" Male NPT Interface: Tapered pipe thread end designed to seat tightly into larger aftermarket fuel pump bodies, high-flow fuel filters, intake manifolds, or custom fuel cell blocks.
3/8" Female Inverted Flare (5/8"-18 UNF Threads): Features an internal 45-degree inverted cone engineered to mate cleanly with a 3/8" steel or copper-nickel hardline carrying a standard 3/8" inverted flare nut. It achieves a secure metal-to-metal seal capable of handling up to 1,000 PSI maximum operating pressure.

🛠️ Installation Best Practice: Always apply a dedicated, fuel-resistant Teflon thread paste or thread tape exclusively to the 3/8" Male NPT tapered threads to ensure a leak-free seal. Never use thread sealant on the female inverted flare side—doing so will contaminate your fluid path and interfere with the critical metal-to-metal flare cone seat.
