The Dakota Digital RTX Series honors this pivotal era by offering a high-tech instrument cluster that stays true to the original 1990s styling. While it looks like a factory unit at first glance, it is packed with modern features, high-definition displays, and customizable lighting that the original gauges simply couldn't offer.
The Best of Both Worlds: OEM Styling & Modern Tech
Authentic Aesthetics: Every effort was made to incorporate original equipment manufacturer (OEM) design elements. The layout, face styling, and indicator locations are meticulously designed to mimic the stock SN95 cluster, maintaining the car's period-correct "muscle-car DNA."
Hidden Modern Features: While the faces look classic, "hitting the switch" reveals vibrant LED backlighting with a user-selectable color scheme. This allows you to match your interior lighting or create a completely custom look.
High-Definition TFT Displays: The cluster features integrated TFT message centers that can be fully configured to display a wide array of data, from performance timers to detailed engine diagnostics, all in high resolution.
Precision Engineering: Built from scratch with CNC machined housings, these units feature electronics designed and manufactured in-house by Dakota Digital to ensure long-term reliability and accuracy.
Streamlined Installation
Central Control Box: Like other premium Dakota Digital systems, the RTX series utilizes a central control box. This simplifies the wiring process significantly, as all sensor inputs go to the box, and a single cable connects the box to the display cluster.
Late-Model Functionality: Despite the vintage look, the system supports modern features such as GPS speed calibration, integrated turn signals, high-beam indicators, and check-engine lights that interface with modern EFI systems or the stock wiring.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
