The RideTech TruTurn Control Arm System is a precision-engineered suspension package designed to completely eliminate performance compromises in your 1982–2003 Chevy S10 2WD. This system replaces your factory control arms with sleek, tubular StrongArms, resolving critical bump steer and camber gain issues while providing the necessary clearance for modern wheels and tires.
Built with the care and experience you expect from RideTech, the TruTurn system transforms your S10 into a stable, comfortable, and sharp-handling vehicle without requiring any frame modifications.
Performance and Geometry Benefits
Bump Steer Elimination: The TruTurn system nearly eliminates unwanted steering input from suspension movement, optimizing bump steer to under 0.065" through the entire 5 inches of suspension travel. This results in a very stable and comfortable feeling vehicle.
Optimal Camber Gain: The system uses taller upper ball joints to achieve desirable camber gain. This means the compressed wheel will lean into the turn, keeping the tire squarely on the ground for greater lateral grip and a more stable turning experience.
Increased Tire Clearance: Provides clearance to run up to a 275mm Tire, allowing for a wider, more aggressive wheel and tire setup.
Improved Stance and Alignment: Centers the wheels properly in the wheel well by allowing for increased caster settings.
Simple Bolt-On Installation: No modifications to your OEM frame are necessary at all, and the system is designed to seamlessly integrate with your existing OEM spindles.

Precision Manufacturing: StrongArms utilize advanced 4-axis tubing bending, which creates elegant, precise, and repeatable bends that eliminate the need for several separate welded components.
Integrated Design: All shock mounts, air spring mounts, and sway bar mounts are integrated into the control arm design. The perimeter is contoured for maximum wheel clearance and turning radius.
High-Quality Components: Includes high-quality ball joints specifically selected for the application (compression unit in a compression application, etc.) and self-lubricating Delrin bushings for long life and minimal unwanted movement.
Bolt-On Ready: All STRONGARMS include ball joints and bushings and are ready to install right out of the box.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
