The 1970–1972 Pontiac GTO (Non-Factory Air) Vintage Air Gen V SureFit® Complete A/C Kit converts your classic A-body to a fully electronic, modern climate control system. Designed specifically for non-air conditioning factory cars, this complete package replaces outdated cable-driven or vacuum-actuated systems with microprocessor-controlled servo motors for precise temperature blending and rapid vent adjustment.
Because this is a Complete Kit, it includes both the under-dash evaporator assembly and the complete under-hood engine dress kit—providing all components needed for a bumper-to-bumper A/C installation.
System Engineering & Gen V Technology Highlights
Gen V Microprocessor Architecture: Eliminates legacy push-pull cables and vacuum lines in favor of digital, fly-by-wire servo motor actuators for instant mode and temperature control.
Dual High-Capacity Coils: Utilizes separate, high-density aluminum A/C and heater coils for maximum cooling output and rapid defrost/heating response.
NVH Isolation Mounting: Built with rubber well-nut mounting points and powder-coated steel brackets to isolate blower vibration and reduce cabin noise.
Injection-Molded Case & Doors: Heavy-duty injection-molded housing with integrated rubber seals on blend doors ensures airtight air distribution without cross-leakage.
Serviceable Design: Features removable access panels on the main housing for convenient coil inspection and maintenance down the road.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.

If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
