The Heidts Heavy Duty Series Superide II for 1967–1972 Chevy C-10 pickups is the ultimate front suspension solution for truck enthusiasts who demand modern drivability without compromising on ruggedness. This 100% bolt-on system replaces the bulky factory crossmember with a precision-engineered, high-strength unit designed to handle any engine combination—including heavy diesel swaps.
Overbuilt for Maximum Strength
Chassis Support: The heart of this system is a one-piece main crossmember manufactured from 7-gauge HRPO steel. It is internally gusseted for extreme rigidity, making it one of the strongest crossmembers available in the industry.
Massive Control Arms: To handle the weight of high-output engines and the stresses of modern roads, the upper control arms are 1-1/4" OD with 3/4" rod ends for precise alignment. The lower control arms are constructed from massive 1-1/2" OD heavy-wall tubing.
Engine Versatility: The heavy-duty architecture is specifically designed to support any weight or engine combination, providing a stable platform for Small Block, Big Block, LS, or even heavy Diesel powerplants.
Precision Engineering and Stance
Optimized Geometry: This kit is designed to keep the front wheels perfectly centered in the wheel wells. This eliminates common clearance issues and ensures a balanced, professional look.
True Bolt-On Design: Engineered to bolt directly into the factory location, this kit requires no specialized fabrication. It replaces the original equipment entirely to provide a modern, independent front suspension (IFS) feel.
USA-Made Coil-Overs: The system includes Heidts billet single-adjustable coil-over shocks, manufactured in-house. These allow you to fine-tune your ride height and dampening for the perfect blend of comfort and performance.
Superior Braking Power
Standard Wilwood Package: Every kit comes standard with 11" rotors and 4-piston Wilwood Dynalite calipers, offering a significant upgrade over factory drum or early disc systems.
High-Performance Upgrades: For those running large-diameter wheels, the kit can be upgraded to 12" or 14" Wilwood slotted and drilled rotors paired with massive 6-piston calipers for supercar-level stopping power.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
