Restore the specialized structural rigidity of your convertible or hardtop with the 1949-52 Chevy Hardtop and Convertible 4th Row Floor Brace (P/N: 355). This extra floor brace is a crucial part of the unique reinforcement system necessary to stiffen the body structure after the roof is removed.
Key Features and Construction:
Specialized Reinforcement: This brace is part of the special series of reinforcement brackets and plates used exclusively in Hardtop and Convertible body styles to compensate for the lack of a full roof.
Targeted Location: This extra floor brace is welded to the bottom of the floor pan and inner rocker panel, directly underneath the rear door post.
Essential Structural Component: It connects and supports the main floor pan, inner rocker panel, and the door post cross connector channel, addressing an often-rusted area critical for structural integrity.
Complex Assembly: The reinforcement plate is welded to the top of the rear floor pan, the rear door post, and the door post cross connector channel, completing the unique structural assembly.

This brace fits 1949-1952 Chevrolet Hardtop and Convertible ONLY.

Unworn or unused
With original tags attached
In its original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jonathon@hotrodhardware.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and, if applicable, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Free Shipping Orders
Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original outbound shipping cost if the item is returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted
Original shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted
Return shipping costs (if arranged by Hot Rod Hardware) will be deducted
